Although I was nervous the team were really friendly and professional and explained the whole process and made me feel really confident and at ease. When i first came to ICaht centre i had been recovering from a dislocated shoulder.Despite the shoulder starting to heal i still was unable to move it comfortably or engage in sports or forms of exercise i could previously do.From there on with the help of uncle Omar he showed me that i lacked strength and mobility in my shoulder and he helped me by teaching me strengthening exercises, doing mobility exercises and the cupping - dry, wet and fire cupping- which all helped me get back to how my shoulder felt prior to the injury. Without the help i received at the ICaht centre i never would have been able to make such a healthy recovery and Uncle Omars help was pivotal in this. I would highly recommend any people recovering from injuries to visit or even healthy people to just get cupping done to their body as the health benefits are very noticeable.
