I have been struggling with a chronic ankle injury, as well as chronic muscle tightness and fatigue, due to my training in long distance running, but with the effects of COVID and moving to the Forest of Dean, I didn’t have the appropriate support to maintain my rehabilitation. I had come across some therapists but they were never effective in any treatment and so the issues continued.
I found Hayley by chance and she has been incredible. I have gone from not being able to run at all due to pain, to now being in a position to crack on with training for some half marathons I have coming up.
It’s a long road to recovery, but Hayley has been able to break down a lot of over use injuries I have developed.
As a massage therapist, it’s hard to find someone who knows how to apply the correct techniques and pressure to ensure an effective result. After just one session with Hayley, I experienced no pain when I returned to running, which was an incredible feeling.
She also have managed to correct niggling back and neck pain, that I didn’t even realise was affecting my running so much.
Not only is she’s super talented, she is extremely personable and always makes me feel comfortable throughout our sessions. Now I’ve found her, there is no one else I will consider for a massage.
Her talents are an incredibly rare find, and I would recommend her to everyone!

Would recommend Hayley my Sports Massage Therapist in a heartbeat. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained exactly what my problem was with the preliminary check, which was thorough and then proceeded to work on the area in my shoulder and neck making sure all the time that I was comfortable with the pressure she was applying and warning me when it would be slightly uncomfortable, but necessary. I didn’t mind she was sorting me out.

I have never experienced this with any other practitioner before and the result was remarkable. She also sent me away with some easy but affective aftercare exercises that really help.

Hayley has been working on me for a few months now and she has done wonders to pin point the cause of my back pain and alleviate it. I’m now straighter and stronger and having done my homework stretches I now have more flexibility in my hips and thighs. The massages are enjoyable with just the right amount of pressure and leave me feeling refreshed and energised! This has improved my seat when riding and is helping to ensure I am using myself correctly when running. Highly recommend to anyone with pain, stiffness or just doing regular exercise to keep on top of niggles.

Hayley had been working on myself and my horse Trendy independently for a few months.
The difference in myself is just brilliant. She just seem to know where to put her hands and release soo much of my tension. I’m quite broken all over so she’s got a lot to contend with. For the first time in years I can get out of bed and walk normally down the stairs!
Just remarkable.
Trendy just loves his treatments. Being an ex racer and team chaser he’s had his knocks.
He responds so well to being worked on and leans in for more and loses control of his bottom lip. ?
He is much looser and moves better each time.
Next plan is to work on us both together to improve me in order to help him.
Would thoroughly recommend her.
