The worst surgery in Primary Care I have ever encountered in my life either as a patient or in my NHS career. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. Ignorant and unprofessional staff, don't care whatsoever about patient needs or completely unwilling to help. I had to call from Spain at a cost to me of nearly 20€, regarding my father, yet after almost 25-30 minutes of being on-hold by the coldest telephone system you could introduce as soon as I gave my name the receptionist PURPOSEFULLY cut the call.

I had a diabetic eye check on 5th of August and was finally told that it showed a TIA on Wednesday 2nd October but they couldn't advise as to whether I should or shouldn't take clopridel (blood thinner) or not. I was also told I needed a ECG. At the time of posting this I've got no further information. To my family - should I have another stroke and it leaves me incapacitated or worse, you know where to go!!!!!

Station avenue doctors was the best doctors, but now Humber Primary care there is no care in them at all, my daughter and 4 grandchildren lost their partner and daddy and they say there is nothing the can do or offer to help, but happy for her to have a breakdown and have children taken into care. Absolutely disgusted with the doctor and the system

What's the point of having an online consultation service which at time of writing, is "temporarily unavailable", & was also unavailable yesterday...... Plus, a phone service that is queued to the hilt ? There is something seriously wrong when patients are unable to access the "First point of access", let alone even get to the stage of requesting the service of a GP.

My husband had an appointment with Dr Iqbal today at practice 2. What a nice man. Asked a lot of questions and listened attentively to his answers. Prescribed medication with a review date. A very caring manner. My husband felt very happy with his treatment.

Very rude receptionist staff, will not listen and talk over you. Had phone 4 times now to sort a prescription out which means nearly 5 hours on hold trying to get through to them, and still not sorted. Every staff member there seem to have no clue what they are doing, but yet have such attitudes.

Nothing I say will make ANY difference to how you run your practice

Today I rang up to get an appointment at 8 o'clock and was told I could have one today in Driffield, or they would take my details and get back to me with an appointment in a weeks time!

I am not registered with a Driffield practice but they think it is ok to make everyone who needs to see a doctor drive to Driffield?

When I first moved to Flamborough Manor House was the practice that people said was the best, now it is the worst!

The receptionist however was very pleasant but everything else is rotten

Regards

No appointments as usual. Phone cut off when I got to 2 second in the queue. Did an online referral and 10 days later no news on an appointment. UTC may as-well be my dr surgery now.
