Hull Urgent Care Centre HRI site

I visited this center today with my wife and my nine-month-old daughter and there was an English reservation lady. She was very racist and treated us very badly and even kept us there for five hours, while all the people who came to this center even after us finished their work and left. I don't know where to complain about this lady. There is a CCTV camera there and everything is clear. She kept us waiting for several hours. She was an extremely racist lady and I will definitely complain about her.

I would never recommend going here, I got knocked off my bike with a small graze on my knee Which unfortunately became infected. I had five visits in total to this centre and I kept on getting fobbed off no one was listening to me. No one took me seriously. I had to argued with them about changing dressing. The infection became so severe that I actually ended up getting admitted into hospital to have two major surgeries. This was only because I contacted the hospital directly and stopped trying to use the A&E and urgent and medical centre. The infection became so severe that if the I was left any longer I would have lost my leg. Absolutely! Disgusted and appalled from start to finish with this place. Was advice to go back here for a ddressing change they had me stood there for 5 and 1/2 hours to change the dressing which they then couldn't be bothered to do and actually stuck the dressing into the wound on my leg. If you value your health, do not go, try alleviate with your GP or wait till after 11:00 p.m. and go to A&E.

I would not recommend this treatment centre to anyone, the staff lack any patience and empathy. I was made to feel as if i was being silly and ridiculous, as a young girl who is on medication as i suffer with anxiety, this treatment caused me to become very upset, i left this treatment centre feeling let down, upset and with no solution to the issue i presented with.

HI! to be honest, I wouldn't recommend this place because my thumb was swallowed and the doctor told me to get a XRAY of my bone thumb. The XRAY was alright but yet my thumb is still swallowed, it's even worse because it spread through my hand so I think the doctors should aware about the patients more. I think there are lack of experience doctors, I mean to be fair if the doctor was experienced or concerned more about my thumb at least I could stop my thumb infection getting spread. I'm so disappointed. Thank You!

Dr. Aarine (sorry for spelling wrong I'm sure I did) I never met as an empathetic doctor as you. I really hurt much and I noticed you tried to do for me as much as you can at the same time trying to cheer me up. I came back later as I was much worse she noticed me laying on a chair and came to send me to ED. You didn't have to do all that for me but you did! ❤️ I wish you double pay as you deserve. Right person in the right place. I've got some steroids and electrolytes injection for hours now I'm way better now. Thank you love and wish you all the best ❤️, kind regards. The doctor was lovely & helpful..5 stars for him (Dr Michael)🙏🏽✨ a shame I couldn’t say that about the triage nurse. ⭐️⭐️2 stars for her..

Absolutely 💯 % NHS service. The triage process is on point and clear evidence it works. Staff and treatment exemplary. Bloody awsome NHS
