Having attended to the eye A&E clinic and having additional needs I cannot thank the staff enough for their compassion, empathy and the reasonable adjustments put into place to make my visit possible.

I was promptly and professionally treated, diagnosed, prescribed required medication and advised of the possibility of further surgery. I was even given a referral to a specialist oculo-plastics clinic for 16 days time.

I had a scan two months ago and could not fault the service, but trying to ring the clinic to find out a result seems impossible. The two choices of appointments or speaking to a nurse were not relevant. Are there no admin staff to deal with enquiries? The system clicks you off and it sounds like there is no one available. I understand that the NHS has been damaged and no one wants to complain, but it is frustrating and worrying.

Good enough care, awful time management.
I turned up at what I assumed would be my appointment time. I had stayed awake after a night shift to make it. Two hours later I was frustrated, nodding off and getting angry. There were screaming babies also kept waiting for hours and a developmentally disabled lad who was stimming, covering his ears and clearly struggling with the noise and the wait.
Quite reminiscent of the shambles that is Hulls A&E department.

A staff member just shrugged and said that their "wait times are 2 - 4h".
Why? Can't they give patients a time slot to arrive and check-in that's closer to the actual appointment? I waited for 2.2h for a 15min test.

As it is, have food and drink with you, wear a nappy and take a whole day off work/education for something that properly managed could be all done in 30mins.

A regular watering hole averaging at least 4x a year but staff always helpful. Most appts do take time and I advise a pack-up and drinks (flask for winter) as the vending machines are extortionate!

Very well looked after ive been having eye injections and the staff have been awsome keeping me calm and chatting to me every stage.. Flagship Hospital keep up the good work,

I've been calling appointments for 2 days, morning and afternoon. No one answers the phone and constantly getting cut off! What is the point in giving a phone number, which is clearly unmanned?
