I had a telephone appointment booked to speak to a doctor, waited in all day. I received a text stating that they had tried to ring me and they would try again. I did not get a phone call or a second phone call from the Doctor, My call log was empty because there wasn't a call, just the text , After the text I rang the surgery to explain that I hadn't had a call, but after 10 minutes the phone wasn't answered and I gave up . Now it says on my nhs record that I failed to answer the phone twice . That's not true. It's the surgery that doesn't answer the phone , As I've said I waited in all day in order to answer. I'm really disappointed and after being with the surgery for 21 years I'm considering changing surgery .

Gaslighting and fobbing people off is what this place is about. Was told nothings wrong for 3 years until I insisted on a hospital referral. Ended up being a tumour. Requested a repeat prescription with no notification to say the prescription was ready. Can’t get a same day appointment unless you fill a form online. Place needs closing. Will be writing a letter to the CQC. Awful.

Trying to get an appointment on January 28 2025. Called at 8.00 and couldnt get through. Called again. Approx 12th in queue. Told by receptionist no more appointments. Abruptly said they are shutting midday. Tried to speak and she asked my name but I could not fill in until tomorrow. Terrible service.

Trying to get an appointment and unless you are able to get through at 8am you have to fill out an online form thats currently not available. THe last time I was down there the waiting room was empty and I still wasn't allowed to make an appointment while standing in ront of the reception. You wonder why everyone goes to A&E

As a family, we have been patients of this surgery for years. My son has always suffered from eczema and in the last year, it's been terrible. We started contacting the surgery a few months ago regarding this matter and there were times it felt like a revolving door of dismissal without getting to the heart of our problem. Within 48hrs of seeing a GP my son had another bout of severe itching and we had no choice but to contact them again.
Lo and behold we encountered Dr. Ward who went above and beyond to make sure that my son was listened to and understood. He did not dismiss nor rush us, he was thorough and after liaising with his supervisors he relayed what had been discussed. Lately, I have told all my loved ones to look after themselves (which goes without saying) because the level of care is just not what it used to be, but you Dr. T. Ward have restored my faith in humanity and the surgery. Your empathy was just on another level, your communication skills were 💯. I could write and write....
Thank you for your care - it was exceptional.

I've been trying to get to see a doctor, or at least talk to one since February (it's now July) and I still haven't managed it. The seems to be no way to get sny help. The web site always leads to a dead end. Phone up or go into the surgery and you will always get the same answer - There are no appoints left. Yet if you ask the receptionist what to do, they just say try again tomorrow. And why, when I have been in to try and get an appointment do they tell me there aren't any, yet the large waiting room and patient car park are empty?. I give them the absolute minimum rating.

Literally feel disgusted with this surgery and it's reception staff especially Sasha on the phone she was nothing but ignorant and in surgery did nothing to help, they wouldn't even make an appointment for 4 weeks time which the doctor asked us to do. Absolute joke, 100% reporting these to CQC I can see why they don't have outstanding ratings and only 2.5 on Google reviews.
Update. We have contacted the surgery and put forward our concerns these have firstly been either denied or ignored. We recently tried to ask for an appointment for our 3 month old baby the receptionist told us it was online forms or nothing and just hung up, you guys need some serious retraining and some respectfull receptionists. Again I reiterate what I've said before no wonder you have terrible reviews including through CQC which is concerning.
