I had my first physio appointment within 24 hours of the initial telephone consultation .The appointment began on time and physiotherapist Gabi was both friendly and knowledgeable. She conducted a thorough examination on both my knees, taking all the time needed to explain the issues and suggest treatments and exercises to help alleviate those issues.. Gabi also arranged gym sessions run by her and her colleague commencing in 3 weeks time. Excellent service all round.

Having read a few negative reviews we weren't sure what to expect. Arrived at the clinic and the staff were both very friendly and helpful. Lauren couldn't have been more friendly and attentative whilst explaining step by step the procedure and consequences. Thanks to you all.

I recently attended Connect Health clinic at Hucknall with a painfull arm and shoulder I was also restricted on movement Harry the therapist was quick to assess me and gave me an exercise program after a few visits I can now say I have fully recovered

Absolutely awful, from the minute I walked in I was approached by a nurse who was extremely rude to me!! I was in a unfamiliar place and suffer with depression and anxiety and she made me feel dreadful!! Then I saw my "orthopedic practitioner" Lauren Turner!! She was so insulting and ad no empathy what's so ever!! I could go on forever!! Just avoid..

Cancelled my appointments three times now. I can't walk which means I can't go to work. Terrible service, it's like you're picking and choosing people because of how old they are.
Will push to NEVER go back to this service again.

Nice looking building. Has a number of NHS services working in the building, including Podiatry, Physiotherapy and Heathly Families Team. Has disabled access ramp, and accessbilty lift. Has toliets. Has car park to the rear of the building.
