I go to Houghton primary for the sports section. I play lawn bowl's there in the winter it also as a very good but small café there for lunch breakfast or just tea and snacks..a a very low price..but closes early about 1.30..the building is always busy on the weekends with kids doing sports.or dance classes. A little on the pricey side which is a shame because more people would use it more ...like me if it were not to pricey.....

All machinery down for x-ray facilities meant they had to power everything back up again resulting in me waiting an extra 45 mins over my time

Letter said 1.30 appointment time voicemail they left said 2.10 staff struck me as very thick to be truthful

Rushed through the scan and I don't feel it was as thorough as it should've been

Staff seemed unaware what scan was for as well then though doctors sent them notes

Used extended GP access about skin condition and 'doctor' told me to use E45 cream on what was actually contact dermatitis and needed heavy antibiotics to treat! How do you confuse bacterial dermatitis with basic skin lotion?! Speaks volumes about our healthcare system. Avoid.

I had an appointment for an ultrasound scan today, the receptionist was fine but when i was taken to meet the woman actually doing the scan, she wasn`t professional at all,the attitude of the woman doing the scan was a disgrace, rude, patronising and wasn`t any good at performing the scan,i asked if she could tell me anything or show me the scan as she didn`t seem to know or care what she was doing,i was told abruptly no and i can leave,i had to bite my lip not to say something.I`ve had an ultrasound before in Sunderland and they treated me far more professional.I see reading other peoples reviews,i`m not the only one who has had a bad experience,Won`t be going back but think this woman should be sent packing, seriously !

Had appointment this morning for scan, radiographer was very abrupt to the point of being rude and belittling with her attitude and towards young assistant who was working with her. God help anyone who is worried about going if appointment is with her. This NHS employeer needs people skills training!
