This was only my second visit in three years to Horsley Ear Clinic and I was treated considerately and kindly on both occasions. They were recommended to me in the first instance. On this most recent occasion I saw Helen who is very kind. The work was carried out professionally both times. I would happily go again when necessary.

This review is a follow up to my earlier and very favourable review of my initial experience with a hearing test and selection of hearing aids for trial. My initial visits were with Dylan, the follow up appointments have been with Helen.
I have found Helen to be precise, knowledgable, patient and with a great ability to listen to feedback and incorporate it into her recommendations. She fully understands that hearing isn't only a technical matter of kilohertz and decibels but that we all hear differently which makes the psychology of hearing just as important as the technical and medical aspects. I would think I have probably been the most difficult client she and the Horsley Ear Clinic have ever dealt with as I have a trained musical ear and other personal requirements which necessitated additional follow up visits. Helen has been incredibly patient, understanding, insightful and helpful. I have particularly appreciated that this clinic understands that hearing aids take time to get used and to be assessed. Consequently they have never put me under pressure to make a purchase or made me feel uncomfortable about asking lots of questions. I have benefited from individual care and attention of an exceptional kind.
The booking system and customer service back up from Jacki has also been exemplary.
Having been through the whole process of being assessed, trying out hearing aids and having them adjusted to my personal needs, I can, with confidence, repeat my high and unqualified recommendation.

I have visited Dylan at the Horsley Ear Clinic before, when I have had an ear problem or concern and have always found him professional and knowledgeable.
Having recently returned from several long haul flights my hearing had not returned to normal. Dylan examined my ears, performed appropriate treatment and explained very clearly that I had Bilateral Middle Ear Effusion. He then told me what treatment I needed to continue with and not to hesitate to contact him again if things hadn’t improved in 7-10 days. I would not hesitate to recommend The Ear Clinic and Dylan’s expertise, professionalism and empathy.
