Steve is a lifesaver! After 14 years of debilitating back pain, a discectomy, and countless money spent on osteopaths, chiropractors, physiotherapists....I finally found one person on this planet who could "fix my back".

I'm now 5 years with no issues, with no crippling back spams that prevent me from walking or just living. His methods can be seen as "unconventional" as I cannot be compare them to any treatment that I've had before, but they work.

Not only did Steve get me back "up and running" any time I tweaked my back, he helped me to get out of the vicious break / fix cycle of a recurring chronic injury.

Using mindfulness we worked together on what was going on in my brain / life that was causing my body to react in such a repetitive pattern. This was a huge part of my rehabilitation.

Steve is a master of his trade. Extremely professional and really cares about his patients. Understanding what you do for a living, his approach is personal, offering you some long term suggestions moving forward. I recently visited him after a couple of weeks of deteriorating back/neck pain and the improvement was mind-blowing. I'm ever grateful for his excellent work. Lovely rural location too, highly recommended.
