Went for an x-ray, was seen straight away by very pleasant staff. Had to strip top half and even the gown was warmed up. Absolutely brilliant. Superb hospital and wonderful staff 👌 😃

Angie the receptionist was honestly one of the loveliest people I have ever encountered in the medical profession. She understood our situation immediately as carers of someone living with Alzheimer’s. We were seen to unbelievably quickly and kept informed at all times . We have been treated so badly in the past that this has really been an uplifting experience. Lovely nurse as well who saw my Dad . Well done everyone .

After badly injuring my leg, I was advised to go to this hospital to be seen and x rayed. I checked in at 0930. By 1200, I was the only one there from the morning intake of people left to be seen.

I politely asked the receptionist and was told there were 3 people in front of me. Happy days. After another hour and 7 people going in to be seen, I started to wonder if I was given false information. I checked again, 1 person in front of me. I waited another 2 hours (8 more people were seen) and was told I had 5 people in front of me.

To make things worse, the x ray department was about to close. Meaning the whole day was wasted and I had to go home as even if I was triaged, I would not have been able to get an x ray. I was irate at this point and when I complained, I was told it was because of my age as I am neither young or old. Not good at all.

Went in a few times now for appointments and their associated followups and they have been awesome every time. Minimal wait times very kind and supportive staff I cannot speak highly enough of the work they do here! I'm not very good with Doctors or hospitals but they're honestly the best!

Although a fairly small carpark, parking was easy enough with plenty of spaces and also cheap. Cost me £1 for 2 hours unlike my local and East Surrey Hospital which are £2:40 - £3:40 for the same length of time. Main reception is quite open and well signed. All staff polite and friendly and timings for appointments were running on time.
