Hopkins have been very helpful dealing with all the needs of my father during his palliative care as well as the family at various times. Their understanding and kindness have kept us all going. First time I’ve used this referral system from GP. Excellent. The process worked very swiftly & efficiently. I used the NHS online consultation with my GP. They phoned back within half an hour & gave me the contact details for for Hopkins pharmacy . I called & the pharmacist had all my details ready & was very thorough and nice . She spoke to me for a good 5 minutes and went over what I needed to do . I thoroughly recommend & support this innovation of making better use of our highly skilled pharmacists & easing the burden on GP practices. Thankyou

Absolutely awful
In several years they have almost allways got my monthly medication wrong in one way or another.
Today: Prescription not ready, after a 20 minute wait told 1 medication missing and on order. On arriving home 2 other meds missing. Try to phone and they don't answer.
