Hope Spinal Wellness are superb! I have had upper back and neck issues for over 10 years and have spent a lot of time and money elsewhere in the past (osteo/reflexology/acupuncture etc) trying to sort out the problem but none have come close to the service that HSW have provided from the first appointment. Amy is a wonderful chiropractor full of knowledge and advice and a genuinely supportive manner. Alongside weekly adjustments, Erin’s deep massages are working wonders in releasing tension and beginning to break down knots. My body is feeling much more free from the rigid, locked and tight feeling that had become uncomfortably normal for me. The whole team are always incredibly cheery and welcoming, so I really can’t recommend more highly booking a visit there!

Unparalleled customer service, treatment and on going support! Having tried other chiropractors over the years, none compare! Veronica, Scott and her team have genuinely and directly sought to find the route of my issues and systematically fix them with an achievable plan! They’ve proven this works time and time again with my wife and multiple friends. Would thoroughly recommend!

Having been experiencing ongoing lower back pain for some time, I decided to pay my local chiropractor a visit. I wish I’d come sooner! The course of my treatment with Amy has been fantastic. From a consultation & X-ray to find out why my back has been feeling how it has, to establishing the adjustment needed and posture, I’ve been made to feel comfortable and fully aware of what’s going on the entire time. All of the staff are super lovely, always happy to help & provide a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I started visiting Hope Spinal in April 2024, with flank pain, recurrent UTI's, abdominal pains, low energy, the list goes on! During my 12 weeks, I had to undergo foot surgery. Veronica was so understanding and took my surgery into consideration with my adjustments and capabilities... also introducing some laser therapy to aid the healing. I have attended a number of workshops with Veronia and her team and have found them, detailed, informative, welcoming, friendly sessions. I have another booked in for mid-august and I am looking forward to it! Veronica has also introduced to what supplements I should be using... which let's face it, can be a total minefield in their own right!! I think introducing the supplements alongside the chiropractic care I have been receiving and understanding my nutrition better, my world has completely changed!! Today marks 12 weeks of adjustments for me and I had my re-examination with Veronica today. All I can say is WOW and Thank you. I have been discharged from NHS Consultant Care, for the issues I visited Veronica about, as all the symptoms I was having, have completely disappeared! Thank you so much Veronica I have also now had 2 massages with the ladies, which have really supported the process of healing Clare on reception is the friendliest, caring lady I have ever met. All in all, I am so happy I was lucky enough to find The Hope Spinal Wellness Family and look forward to even more progression to a healthier version of me, that is yet to come ? I cannot recommend Veronica and the team enough! They have all been superb! I went in because I had been suffering from some serious lower back pain and since that first appointment I have had no pain. After looking at our x-rays, I realised that my pain was the result of years of bad posture and the toll of that on my neck and spine was no joke! I was all out of alignment and walking all wonky! What’s worse was that I didn’t even realise it! We have been working since then on everything and have made so much progress. Staff members are brilliant, always with the smile and very positive attitude. Practice helped me regain mobility and remove the shoulder and neck pain. Would recommend to anyone who have posture problems or just wants to feel that bit better.

Having had back problems all my life I decided it was now or never to try and get some relief and at 70 it was downhill all the way unless i changed things. Everyone was very welcoming and Veronica was so kind and professional and showed me why I had problems and what could (or couldn’t) be done to alleviate them. As well as regular adjustments i also had massages which are amazing and really de-stressing. The workshops reinforced the need for good nutrition and exercise. A year on I am fitter,healthier,have better posture and am more pain free than ever and this has had a remarkable effect on my confidence and mental outlook. I am able to exercise more and practice yoga everyday to maintain my fitness. I cannot recommend Hope Spinal Wellness highly enough.

i found it so helpful for my own understanding of my health & wellness to learn about the effects of the spine/posture on the nervous system. Each adjustment is quick and easy but has a big impact! Really recommend and Amy is absolutely fantastic ?
