I’d like to say a very big thankyou to DR Catherine Pitcher for referring my granddaughter to Bristol children’s hospital on Thursday afternoon. Her decision was vital in the removal of a foreign object that was lodged in her lung. If left any longer the diagnosis could have been a lot worse! You will never know how much my family and I appreciate your professionalism.

Excellent surgery, the best I have ever been with. The doctors, nurses and receptionists, and other staff at Hope House are truly caring and helpful. Everyone I encountered there has done their very best and often gone out of their way to support, and that against the challenging background the health service is facing these days. I feel so well cared for in this surgery.

This is the best GP surgery I have been with. They are always quick to respond when it comes to my son, have always given information when appropriate. The staff at Hope House have good attitudes. There is also a whole baby section of the surgery where groups/baby feeding etc take place. Hands down best GP surgery in the area

Best surgery I've used in the UK. New appointment system is incredibly efficient, fill in all symptoms online with appointment availability and the surgery sets up all the appointments automatically for you and send you a message letting you know all the details. Reception staff are lovely and very efficient. Phone lines never keep you on hold more than a minute or so. Always seen pretty much dead on time. Surgery itself is a lovely new building and is kept pristine. Genuinely can't believe this is an NHS facility given my previous experiences!

Been with Hope House and been on the same prescription medication for nearly 6years. Tried to order my regular medication on an app today as I always do and I’m told to have a consultation, so I phone the surgery and am given an appointment 11 days time my medication runs out in 7 days so I’m expected to suffer discomfort for 4 days. Good job I’m not a cancer patient

I’m a patient at a surgery for few months now and it’s just the best. They always take me seriously, listen to everything, never try to just get rid of a patient. Whenever I needed it I had an appointment the same day, the doctors really care for their patients and it’s just obvious they do want to help, not only with present issues but in a long run. They want to make you healthy and keep you that way. Very friendly, very informative. Don’t have to beg for answers or even ask questions, whenever I’ve spoken to any doctor or nurse there they all educated me/ informed me of everything before I even had a chance to think about any questions. Always helpful and invested in their patient’s wellbeing. Really amazing, I’m really glad I registered with them because I’m not scared to call and ask for medical help when I need it anymore. I usually would not call my GP, but now it’s easy to do when I have to, because I know I’ll be greeted with understanding, patience and willingness to help.

Honestly wish I didn’t swap doctors.. requested to speak to a doctor regarding a medical problem which is causing mouth discomfort and basically ignore your problem and mention something else instead and say “go to your pharmacy” where as my old doctors would’ve taken to time to read my message correctly.

Genuinely amazing practice with incredible staff.

I had my C-19 booster and flu vaccine today, and despite the very short amount of time they had to prepare given the last minute addition of the booster jabs by the NHS, the entire process was very smooth and efficient. Everyone was in very high spirits despite no doubt having an incredibly long day ahead of them, and they were all so apologetic for the wait - even though it's probably the least amount of time I've waited for a booster so far!

Overall this practice is by far the best I've been to, and I have never ever felt as respected and as heard by my doctor, as I do at Hope House. I never feel rushed or belittled, I'm never made to feel as though I'm wasting my time. I feel seen, empathised with and genuinely cared for. They have gone above and beyond with my care to date, especially with the support of the Social Prescriber.

The new online system is very intuitive and so easy to use, every single member of staff is incredibly friendly, caring, considerate... and they do everything within their power to make you feel comfortable, no matter what you're there for. Not just the GPs but the administrative team, nurses, physio... I simply cannot put into words how grateful I am for my care to date, or how much I respect and admire what they do and how they treat their patients.

Thank you, from the very bottom of my heart. As someone who suffers from a range of health issues and chronic pain, and who has seen many doctors in the past four decades, I've dealt with a whole range of medical professionals. And I can truly say, hand on heart, that this is by far the best practice I've ever been to. They have already had a very positive impact on my health and my life as a whole. I simply cannot recommend them enough and already owe them so much gratitude and respect.
