I first started using the cryo chamber at Honington Grange after a leg surgery. I'd been non-weight bearing for 6 weeks and regular sessions got me back to fitness in next to no time. I now use it as part of my post exercise recovery as it really boosts my energy and my mood! The online booking system is so easy to use with appointments available before or after work. The team are all very friendly too. Give it a go, you won't regret it!

Honington Grange is a beautiful place with fantastic facilities. The cryotherapy chamber helped enormously in my recovery after rupturing my ACL and the spa facilities offer the perfect relaxation. Highly recommended.

Great facilities in a wonderful setting. Very knowledgeable staff. And… you can combine a dressage lesson or horse rehab with a kryo session for yourself or just some down time in the beautiful spa.

I started using HG after a nasty fall. Both my horse and I hit the deck leaving him very sore and myself with a broken collarbone. My horse has come on leaps and bounds using the water treadmill. I’ve just started the Cryochamber in a last attempt to get my bones to heal and not need an operation. The team are super friendly, reassuring and provide so much advice. Both my horse and I love going there.

Honington Grange provides fantastic facilities & service. Our horses are flourishing & gaining both strength & fitness on the water treadmill. The salt room has helped ensure general wellness & our horses really sparkle after using it. I find the “one stop shop” of all the facilities under the same roof really efficient & hugely time saving. The well trained staff are friendly & helpful & our horses are calm & responsive in the environment. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Amazing facilities and location - Honington Grange has everything you could ask for and more. My horse has really benefitted from the water treadmill and other therapy options that are available here alongside the fantastic onsite training.

Being a cryotherapy and cold water enthusiast in London, having the chance to use Honington Grange's amenities was a no-brainer. You add in the fact those facilities are London standard, but without the hundreds of people, and the price is at a fraction, it easy to see why everyone has put 5 stars. I can only say amazing things, and would recommend this to anyone. GET BOOKING!!!
