This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After placing the order for a test to release kit (over 150 pounds), I needed to get in touch for some further info but nobody ever got back to me. I have called multiple times and stayed in line waiting for over 25 minutes. I have sent emails, I have sent voice messages, I have even tried to use they're automatic chat. Nobody ever got back to me. I have tried for over a week now. it seems they just want your money and don't care about what happen after. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Would give 0 stars if could. I received my pack through for 2 day return to UK test. It advised that I needed to activate. entered my DOB as shown on instructions DD/MM/YYYY and my barcode. It came up invalid date? When I asked web chat its automated service saying DOB needs to be entered without the /. When I take out the / it is telling me invalid date? Still waiting for customer service human to get back to me. Dreadful!!! Could have gone with a cheaper Company

I wanted to give no stars.
All verbal contact avenues refer you to the website which displays page not found. Website does not recognise email address given at payment stage (although my email managed to receive a receipt!!) to reschedule my appt.
This company is utterly incompetent with regard to customer service. I'm trying to cancel my test and get a refund - I won't hold my breath.
Been trying for 3 weeks to contact them!!!

The kit for Day 2 post arrival was defective and so I couldn't get a kit until Day 3 . I had difficulty getting the two tests activated because the system didn't recognise my details so I had to go through webchat each time. A long tedious process.The Day 8 result is still not out and I have finished day 10. Now they are saying we might have to wait 48hrs after arrival at the lab for postal deliveries. Why accept to sell more kits than you can cope with?

Ordered a day 2 Amber list country test and they charged me but never send me a reference number for the passenger locator form. 12 hours before my flight I still did not know my reference number and they ignored my emails and their hotline is deactivated. I had to find a different test provider that would send me a reference number at short notice or I would have not been allowed to board my flight back to the UK. Disgusting customer service! Don't book there!

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered two 2-Day PCR covid test kits from Assured Screening, one of this company's subsidiaries, before we went on holiday to Germany and paid £110 and we received them the day after we got back, as promised, - that was the good bit, it was downhill from there! We used the kits and then tried to activate them online but their website wouldn't accept the barcode identifier that came with each kit so now we have two used kits that are totally useless. I looked at their website and no telephone number was listed for them and no means to contact them. I then went onto the website of their parent company, The Honeyman Group, and again, no means to contact them except for a recorded message which was worse than bad! I did a bit more digging and then found the email address of the Chairman, Mr Trevor Honeyman, and sent him a message outlining the problem - no response! I then tried their chat line - no response! I then sent an email to their CEO, Mr Thomas Honeyman - no response! They are very quick to take your money but if anything goes wrong FORGET IT!! They have the worst customer service I have ever come across in my entire life and up to now it has fortunately been quite a long one; you can't get through to them, they do not even acknowledge complaints and you get the feeling that customers are to be treated like a complete nuisance and totally ignored once they have got your money! Avoid this company like the plague!! My next step is to contact the Care Quality Commission, and anybody else I can talk to in order to have this cowboy company shut down, or at least have their wrists slapped and told to get their customer service sorted out!! PS: If you want to see what a lot of other people think go onto: assuredscreening.co.uk on TrustPilot and have a look at all the terrible one star reviews they are getting there - all these people can't be all wrong!

Wrong reference number in their email almost cost me hundreds of pounds and left me stranded in Norway as I couldnt get boarding pass without it. Finally found asecond email from a different company with a valid code. Shambolic, zero customer support online.

1 star is far to good! Should be able to minus stars. Tried to contact via email and voicemail numerous times with zero response. Happy to take my money but not respectful to reply to paying customers queries!! Avoid avoid avoid!

Go up
