I took my daughter in to the pharmacy with a earache, the pharmacist was behind the counter never did come out to speak with me or even had the decency to come and have a look or bothered to see my daughter.
The reply was contact the dr's surgery or 111
If not take her to A&E for god's sake, anyone would think I was needing open heart surgery.
This is why the dr's surgery are put under so much pressure becomes pharmacist are not following the government and sending people to elsewhere instead of them dealing with the simplest of things.

Can’t comment on the pharmacy itself as only popped in briefly but witnessed appalling treatment of a staff member; the gentleman behind the till had done something incorrectly and the pharmacist (assume it was the pharmacist as couldn’t see them) said loud enough for the customers in the shop to hear “why don’t you ever do anything I ask”. This could’ve been handled privately rather than in public which not only caused embarrassment to the member of staff but to customers too.

Excellent service, they are always helpful. I needed to collect a prescription that was stuck in the NHS system (didn’t go automatically there), the lady checked the system, found my prescription and in 5 minutes I was able to take it. It’s really important to have the help when you need it. I was struggling to breathe and I can’t thank them enough for the help. I tried to go to jays in Virginia water before there and the owner was rude and refused to check. Honeycomb pharmacy is the top one to go.

Called pharmacy for advice and online consultation, told apparent pharmacist my symptoms (fever, sore neck, headaches, sensitive to light) I said I was worried it could be meningitis. After communicating my worries the pharmacist reassured me that it definitely isn’t meningitis and that I definitely have tonsillitis (which I said I don’t have a sore throat!) and told me I should just take a stronger mg of ibuprofen and ended the call. I went to hospital after the call and doctors implemented that I have viral meningitis.
Wasn’t going to write a review but just checked on my nhs website for hospital documentation and the report from my call to the pharmacy is on there which is all lies! Saying the pharmacist told me they suspected meningitis and to urgently go to the nearest hospital for care. Not giving proper medical advice and lying on documentation.

My sister called to talk to the pharmacist here, with symptoms of a stiff neck, fever, bad headaches for a week to a point she couldn’t even look at light (my sister had suspicions it was meningitis). You will find my sister’s review below mine explaining in more detail. I saw the reply to her on these reviews from another staff member saying the lady said to go to ashford hospital. I was on the call aswell the whole time and NOT ONCE did she mention go to hospital, she just said “oh its tonsillitis I highly doubt its meningitis take a stronger dose of ibuprofen” she was also very unbothered with how she was speaking. We went to hospital anyways ignoring the pharmacist because she had no clue! They diagnosed viral meningitis to which my sister had to get a spine lumber puncture and had high infection in blood. This isn’t us trying to gang up on the company because we wouldn’t do that for no reason! But the fact my sister maybe could have died if we took the pharmacists advice. Rather than try stick up for her and try say someone called back and told her to go hospital (no one did) and make out my sister misheard stuff, you should take more accountability.

This pharmacy have staff that are friendly helpful efficent with a special mention about Angela she will go above and beyond to help you and there lovely delivery driver who is always smiling helpful and reliable. I am disabled so the service they give is 100% thank you.
