Our relationship with Home Instead began in June 2024, we reached out to them to assist our family with the care of our Dad. From the very first interaction Home Instead demonstrated a level of understanding, professionalism and care for Dad that went above and beyond our expectations.

Caring for an elderly family member is not easy, it's a journey with many ups and downs and one that can cause stress and tension for family members. So it was a huge relief to find such an excellent partner to support our family in caring for Dad, moreover, a partner who shared our values and have shown Dad the same level of care and respect that we do.

Home instead have been unbelievably responsive to our developing care support needs and service changes as we balance the care provided by the family with that from Home Instead. All the caregivers who have attended Dad have been excellent. The interaction of such high quality people with Dad have given him a boost and improved his well being.

Outstanding.
After my father passed, I said to Dawn and her team at Home Instead that the best decision my family made was to put a tick in the box for receiving care with Home Instead.

The love, care and support they gave my father was incredible. I know dad could not have wished for more and our family will be forever grateful for what they did to look after him in his home.
The care professionals were exceptional in their own unique way and - on reflection - they gave as much love and support to me and my family as they did for dad.

I recently attended a placement for my university where I was greeted with a friendly environment and a warm welcome. The hospitality was incredible, being introduced to every member of the team that makes the incredible care that is provided, run smoothly and effectively. Every member working here should be so proud of the work they do and how much of a difference it can make. I would absolutely recommend their services.

Had a placement here as a student and all the staff were lovely and welcoming. They answered any questions I had and were very accommodating. It was a lovely environment and the level of care they provide to their patients is very high with all of the staff here caring about providing the highest quality of care they can give.

Very disappointed with this company. After 6 years with them they have badly let us down with inadequate communication which has resulted in us having less than 48 hours to found an alternative provider. They have decided they will no longer provide my Grandmother with half hour visits from the 1st March but neglected to tell us. They also regularly increase prices and there is a very high turn over of staff so expect lots of new faces.

The carers are excellent but communication has proven patchy in the past with a switchboard that has been off and on beside email addresses that seem to have been unmonitored. Fortunately though the office is on the school run and hopefully we've managed to resolve the issues.

Home Instead cared for my relative well in the beginning but in the last year or so the company has fallen apart , poor communication, terrible managment and increased prices for worse service- go elsewhere.
