I have just started here at Home instead Chichester branch. The staff are all so welcoming and the care professionals really care so much about our clients and provide such quality care. Training is great there is so much diverse training to build on your knowledge into care.

Since joining Home Instead everyone I have interacted with has been lovely and caring. I have met some lovely clients with varying levels of care requirements and feel as if I’ve built some good relationships already.

The induction training was very enjoyable, detailed and well thought out. This was a great start to my working journey at Home Instead and since then I have completed my Care Certificate. The office team have been very supportive throughout, they are always at the end of the phone or respond promptly to emails. I already feel like a well-established member of the Care Pro team and I’m very much looking forward to my future journey at Home Instead Chichester & Bognor Regis.
