The BEST home care providers out there. Cannot fault them at all. They look after my Grandma who has dementia and the carers cannot do enough for both her and our family. Staff are always professional, kind, caring, helpful and most important they are all loved by my Grandma. Management staff are always on the other end of the phone when needed and they have always been nothing but amazing. I honestly would not recommend any other home care company than Home Instead Burnley 💜

I retired in Dec 2021. Sitting around all day was not for me, so l unretired myself and started training for Home Instead Burnley in Jan 2022. The training was brilliant, Alison the trainer is so kind and helpful. Rachel and Jess the owners put you with a client that your compatible with, you get hours to suit you and travel money. There's always someone at the end of the phone to help and advise you on any concerns you may have and the extra money is great. (lm booking lots of holidays). So if your stuck in a rut and have a few hours to spare, l strongly suggest you give them a call, it may be one of the best things you ever did and the job is so rewarding.
