WORST run H & B shop EVER experienced. Ordered items in shop, (after changing order as not sufficient shop stock). Told wd be 5 mins wait for authorisation, left 15 mins later. Returned next day to be advised items not from shop but warehouse & wouldn't be in until midday!!!
As I wasn't given order number, cashier refused to serve me. Supervisor SHOULD have given me the order number on ordering & paying!!!
Save your sanity & AVOID shop in Sheringham, much quicker to order online & no issues!!!!

I went into your Sheringham store feeling grim and really needing help.
I was served my Will who was so attentive & professional.
He gave me guidance without rushing or making me feel pressurized.
I left the store feeling positive as I'd got what I needed.
I will definitely be more than happy to recommend this store, and return there myself.
