I recently visited for a postnatal massage. Paula’s therapy room is fully stocked with an array of aromatherapy oils and creams and lots of beautiful healing crystals. At the beginning of the treatment Paula gave me a consultation which informed my massage. The massage itself was incredible, the first time I’ve relaxed in over a year. I highly recommend Paula, she is very professional and knowledgeable and she made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely return in the future.

It was my first time having a postnatal massage and I was feeling quite nervous, however, I found lots of helpful information on Paula’s website prior to the appointment which made me feel a lot better! I instantly felt welcomed by Paula and she made sure to check in depth of what my needs were and I felt reassured by her knowledge. The room was also very beautiful and comfortable. I would highly recommend her services.

The whole process was brilliant. Paula is very thorough beforehand and gives information on what to expect e.g parking, what to wear etc.
The treatment itself was fantastic. I've never felt so relaxed. Paula was so welcoming and the room was so calming. I loved the use of the essential oils and I've come away feeling so relaxed, less tense and calmer. Would highly recommend and can't wait to buy gift vouchers for everyone I know 😅

I came to Paula for pregnancy reflexology on my due date to see if it could help encourage labour. The whole experience was amazing, she was so friendly, the environment was really nice and the reflexology was so calming and relaxing. One of the nicest treatments I’ve had.

I was kindly gifted a voucher for a 60 min pregnancy massage which I used at 27 weeks. Paula’s treatment room is beautifully relaxing and I felt so comfortable and settled as soon as I walked in. My health form was discussed which was really reassuring and I had the most wonderful massage that I really didn’t realise how much I needed! I walked out feeling like I was walking on air. I’m glad I used my voucher early on as I can now squeeze a few more in before the baby arrives!

Following mastectomy I was wanting help and reassurance with the scar. Paula put me at my ease immediately………….explaining what she could do and how she could ease the tightness. She then proceeded to massage very gently with a mixture of oils. I was warm and comfortable and felt so much better at the end. Two days on and I feel much more comfortable and will be going back for another session in the New Year thank you Paula

I went to Paula using a gift voucher from a friend. I’ve suffered with a rotator cuff injury for a year or so now and after having my first child it’s gotten worse. Paula was able to ease so much of the discomfort and limited movement I had during just one session. Absolutely will be booking monthly visits from now on. Really relaxing environment and Paula herself is absolutely lovely and pays attention to any concerns/ aches and delivers her treatment to suit. Have already recommended her to several friends and wouldn’t hesitate to again in the future!

Paula’s treatments are absolutely gorgeous - I’ve had both reflexology and wellbeing massage and would highly recommend. She has the loveliest treatment room with the most comfortable bed which make you feel immediately relaxed. Paula, has magic, healing hands - she listens attentively and cares passionately about what she does, you feel utterly pampered. Everything is well organised and straight forward from the booking system, reminders and payment. So glad I found Paula 🥰
