Travelled from Cardiff for a break and booked with ease for a facial and massage. Easy to find, beautiful and relaxing environment with a professional, friendly and knowledgeable therapist. I can highly recommend Janice. Pretty sure I fell asleep, but left there feeling relaxed and happy. X

Enjoyed a relaxing and enlightening day with my teenage daughter at Jan’s well-being day.
She taught us new skills and refreshed old techniques for mindfulness and self care. Met new inspiring people in a relaxing, beautiful environment with gardens full of the first optimistic signs of spring.
We are continuing to use our skills to help deal with the stresses of everyday life.
I’d highly recommend any of Jan’s workshops and treatments. She is warm , friendly and promotes unselfconscious fun.She is a fantastic massage therapist better than any others I’ve used.

I saw Jan today for a massage tackling knots in my back, mixed with some relaxation. I cannot put into words have good I feel! Jan’s so knowledgeable, kind and understanding. The next step is to attend Jans wellness retreat day.. I can’t wait ?

Very easy to find and perfectly located right by the main town car park! Janice was lovely and very knowledgeable. I was treated by a family member to Holistic Hideaway vouchers for my birthday. I chose the 2 hour Pure Indulgence Massage and Facial which was wonderful! I nearly drifted off twice!! Very relaxed and sleepy now.

My mother and I visited Holistic Hideaway today. Jan was great with communication however didn’t have any availability so she told us she would get back to us. She rang a few days later to say that Nicoletta would be able to give us both 40 minute relaxation massages on the day we wanted.
My mother went first and thoroughly enjoyed her massage. She felt very relaxed and Nicoletta paid attention to all of her needs. I then had my massage and found Nicoletta very kind and caring, the massage was brilliant and I’ve never felt more relaxed in my life. She also paid attention to my needs focusing on the areas most tense. The oil she used smelt amazing and the room itself was lovely, very chilled out and had really relaxing vibes. Very reasonably priced too! Would highly recommend!

Myself and my wife visited Jan this weekend for a Deep therapeutic massage. When we arrived we were greeted by Jan who is a lovely lady, and made us feel so welcomed. My wife had an hour treatment and myself a 40 min. The massage was amazing with both of us feeling refreshed and free of lots of knots built up over time. When either of us were waiting for the other we visited the multiple shops on the high street, making for an enjoyable trip out. We will definitely be coming back to Jan the next time we are in the area.

Really great! Jan was super knowledgeable. Really hit the right balance between relaxing and working out some very tight chronic knots in my back. She also worked with my sprained knee to make the leg feel almost as good as new. Her energy was incredibly welcoming and I left feeling like I'd met a kindred spirit. Out of the 100s of massages I've had, this one definitely rated in my top 5! I only wish I lived closer so that I could go back more often.
