The hotel is slightly tired, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable.||The highlight was the great staff. Without fail, they were the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I’ve encountered. The reception staff and the restaurant staff especially were kind, hard working, efficient and jovial. They made our stay really pleasant.||We ate in the restaurant and found the evening food to be good quality and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent and the pool and spa, though slightly jaded was warm and clean. ||For less than £100 we were very impressed and would happily use this hotel again.

Just visited for the day. Lovely calm ambience. Spotlessly clean. Cindy on coffee duty, very welcoming. Goid menu choices and wide clientele ' business and holiday. Ideal for pre flight stay and would work out much cheaper than parking at airport. |

This is my 3rd stay in a row, where there has been some kind of issue.

Firstly on one stay I booked a double room, but was then given a room with a single bed. I did get moved into the gods of the hotel after I stated that’s not what I had booked.

Then in my April stay, there was no hot water or water pressure to get showered in the morning, I told the desk of the problem & they said there had been some issues on the ground floor rooms.

Then the other day , when the temperature was about 25 degrees, the room air conditioning was not working, it was clear that somebody knew about this, as the window was fully open when I entered the room. I contacted the reception, they stated they had some issues, but the hotel was fully booked & they could possibly move me rooms, but not to the type of room I was in. This is a tactic used to get people to just tolerate the issue.

I asked if they had a fan for the room, which I was given, in addition to the fan I was given a voucher to get a free drink & snack!!!!!! Was that an attempt to appease me?

I was offered no price reduction or anything else.

I feel the only way I can prevent anymore issues with this hotel, is too go somewhere else..

By the way the room was boiling all night….

The hotel location is great, near the airport and just 10 minutes drive to city centre. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. The room was spotless cleaned with a very comfy bed and TV had numerous channels to entertain yourself. Dinner was tasty and service excellent. I loved the fact that all staff were smiling.

The team and hotel are set up for families, from kids activity pack, breakfast and bedrooms.

Really friendly staff.

My only comment would be that the windows don't open fully and the room got a little warm. There is aircon but I prefer to sleep with that off and the window open

We loved this hotel. Great location near the park and ride into Norwich city centre. Our family room had plenty of space and was nice and quiet. The pool and spa was great and we enjoyed a relaxing afternoon using the facilities. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.

Above and beyond expectations. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Especially breakfast. A late check out was much appreciated. But best of all was how fab they were for my little dog. Treated like a VIP. Super garden and thoughtful choice of room for ease of access to the garden. Treats and water stations throughout the hotel. Extra poo bags if needed. Recommended nearby walks and dog friendly pubs etc. Excellent.

Oh, and did I mention the pool and spa!!!! 😊

I did not have a room here. My Company wouldn’t shell out that cost …. However, being just around the corner in a very poor Premier Inn, I managed to find the gem of the Holiday Inns restaurant that allows non residents to access.|What a superb restaurant, without question, the food was fantastic. It’s been a while since eating such good quality fare with fresh ingredients. |The Grilled Sea Bass Fillet was cooked to perfection and its dressing and accompanying vegetables spot on. On another evening I had the Pie of the Day. A really meaty and good pastry Pie with lovely fresh new potatoes. |Tonight I’m having the Sri Lankan Chicken Curry. This would give any Curry House a run for its money. |The Staff are courtesy, welcoming, professional and attentive. |Thankfully I came across this Hotel Restaurant by accident and so glad it very good.
