Had a flu and covid appointment booked for 9.10am arrived at the shop on time and the shutters where closed and about 4 people waiting!!! 9.15 a staff member appeared and we go in. Was then told I couldn't have my jabs till pharmacist arrived, he won't be long!!! 9.50 he rocks up, was told by another customer this is a regular occurrence, knew I should have gone Morril street but as this was nearer Shop is a bit of a mess also, wouldn't bother anytime before 10am in my opinion.

I always use this pharmacy. Never had any issues with them. always helpful and friendly staff, its clean and never waiting too long maybe a few minutes for my prescriptions.

Don't like the attitude of the female pharmacist, she was arrogant and rude.
The lady who was serving however was nice and seemed herself embarrassed by the pharmacists interruption.
