Never known anything like it... Over a week to get a prescription, computers always down and then when you eventually order it they have no record of it so have to re order. My partner has gone without his heart tablets for 4 days now

Just taken 45minutes and 2 phone calls to speak to a receptionist. The first receptionist put the phone down on me and I only said hello. The receptionist I did speak to spoke over me numerous times. You feel like your being punished in a way for ringing them. This is by far the worst doctors I have ever had. I took a covid test and it was positive. I wanted advice.

I've only seen one doctor at Keyingham who was fine, my beef is the intimidating reception desk. I've been spoken down to and made to wait for advice on medication as asking the doctor would be a deed. I would have to wait till Monday even though they are open Sat morning. In a week I've gone to AE twice as a last resort and wait the six hours to be seen... It's quicker...

Twice, over an hour each time, all I heard was "thank you for holding, one of our team will be with you shortly".. I'll be missing that appointment I've been trying to move then, will I?

This place is a disgrace its not worth any stars the reception staff are rude and unhelpful the doctors well I couldn't comment as I've never got to see one! However there operating practices must be lead or directed by them so I'd say lazy and only in it for the tax payers money.
I don't know how they sleep at night there are a shame on there profession.
Only advice Do not join or leave!!!

Hedon Group practice is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE when I went in the Nurse is making a cup of tea and the Receptionist had her phone turned off... And I've got it all on my phone absolutely disgusting... AND MY HUSBAND still does not have his repeat medication since ringing 18/10/21 and not a single person answering their practice phones and its 22/10/21 my entire day has been consumed by complete inadequate personnel... And we are no further on.

Only ever gone in to pick up meds but friendly staff and clean environment. I you don't know the door release button is over where the chairs are you struggle to get out but otherwise can't fault

Receptionist totally unhelpful and dismissive. 14.40 on 19th February she needs to go on refresher course on how to do her job.
