I'm so impressed by our over worked, under funded FREE healthcare surgery. Everyone of the GPs, reception, pharmacy and behind the scenes teams do a fantastic job. We need to start showing some gratitude, instead of being so negative. Because if it went away. You'd be complaining then... Thank you all at Holderness Health for your continued support. You are all very appreciated.

The reception staff here show no empathy whatsoever, I've always been pleased with the doctors. Today after trying to get an appointment online and no one answering the phone I went to the surgery only to be told appointments are only available online. I explained that I tried, TOUGH KEEP TRYING.

Can't even get a doctor appointment now without the receptionist speaking to the "duty doctor." What a waste of a qualification - a Dr sits in a call centre to be asked by every phone call if symptoms are worthy of an appointment. Wasnt wirthy of an appointment about a mole changing on my neck. Told to send in a photo - I did so in August 2023 and still no one has got back to me. Can't get an appointment for it though as its not worthy of a same day appointment. 😡😤 Also sent to A&E for a water infection because after 2 3day antibiotics it hadnt cleared. A&E absolutely appauled i was refused a weeks course of antibiotics and sent to an EMERGENCY dept because they CBA to help you. Can't believe the recent inspection here did well - it's an absolute shambles.

3.7 hours spent on the phone today, I held just to see if I would get through. The phone eventually cut me off. I was 30 plus in the que. Horrendous service, you may aswell shut your doors for what service you recieve. I've had enough absolutely unbelievable. I believe this place caused me too lose site in my left eye as for not been looked after or cared for with type 1 diabetes.

Most unorganised doctors ever, been waiting for a doctor to sign a form that was left there a week and half ago and was told 2 days and will be done so went today and receptionist said I’ll get it signed now as you’ve waited so gave me the folded letter and off I went home only to find when I opened it they gave me someone else’s letter with all their personal details on name , home address, phone numbers ,email address, and the medical conditions it’s a disgrace and I will be reporting them. They were shut when I got home and realised so have to go back yet again . God nos where my letter is that I need asap😡

This is for dispensary and not the surgery Again still waiting for my tablet 2 weeks after the doctor passed them. This is the third time in 6 months I've had to wait over two weeks for a text from dispensary to say I can collect . When I finally get the text it's an average of 40 minutes queuing time. Was far better during COVID-19 restrictions.
Recap so this is the 3rd time this year I've ran out of medication some which my doctor says I must take daily. The doctor always releases my prescription the after I've ordered so nothing to do with them.

I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Trying to speak to my doctor for two days regarding a pre existing condition. Eventually get a call back from a receptionist after two days of trying to be told to use the 'Klinic' form on the website. Used this - long winded, frustrating, hundreds of questions. Get to the end and the system kicks me off to restart again. Pre covid we had no issues - what's gone wrong? Why cant you just ask my GP to give me call? A telephone appointment would be fine. It's as if they do everything possible to try and ensure that you actually cannot speak to a GP. I am not well - I need to speak to my GP. Shame on you
