Would thoroughly recommend to anyone with chronic joint pain. Lou quickly identified a problem that other physios, chiropractors and osteopaths haven't been able to see solve over 2 years. Her famous "magic fingers" got into the sore joints and loosened them off. With the exercises the difference is like night and day. Lou's approach is is very much holistic - body and mind ❤️

I’m just coming to the end of the 6-month H2M programme which I would highly recommend. It was incredibly informative, easy to use / navigate, provided support throughout via email / WhatsApp and has had a very positive impact. I really appreciated having the opportunity to talk things through with Lou at the beginning and towards the end, as well as receiving supportive messages and additional information from her during the programme. Initially, I undertook H2M to support me with menopause symptoms, wanting to avoid the use of HRT. However, I very quickly realised that it is so much more. Designed for the long-term, the information enables you to work towards being the healthiest you can be for, and during, the next phase of life.
