Been here twice in one week . Weekdays are convenient as it’s not busy and it’s possible to extend the slots in your convenience. During weekends it’s very busy and fully booked, and you need to plan well in advance to book your slots.
It’s conveniently placed in the Concordia leisure centre, first floor with dedicated reception area, waiting area , male / female toilets, accessible toilet , baby changing room etc .

It has got a nice little restaurant with decent choices of hot / cold food and drinks and alcoholic beverages.
Bowling , pool tables , little gaming kiosks are there.
The staffs are very welcoming, pleasant and friendly.

Plenty of car parking places .

Nice bowling alley with friendly staff, but reliability of the lanes was poor. Pin detection was off a number of times, the lane needed resetting twice in two games, odd pins kept dropping in at random, and staff didn't know how to reset the game to a previous frame.

Odd experience. Had to clear and clean our own table which was not a great start. Told that the kitchen was closing at half three (yet the sign says otherwise) so no chips available. So one person in our party ordered a hotdog without chips but were charged full price with chips, and a sandwich for her and her child. We went to order a burger and a hotdog for our children immediately after them, and were told the fryers were off so cannot do hotdogs or burgers (except for the ones that were just that second ordered I guess?). Had to give up since we had hungry kids, and we would have had to sit there while half pur party ate and the other didn't. So cancelled the order and left and went to McDonalds instead.

Just been bowling with my wife and kids. Very easy to book and good clean venue. The bar/cafe had a good selection of products only marked down a star because bar service was slow.

Really good value. Especially when they have the offer of £1 per person per game! These are usually available from Monday to Friday from 10am until 7pm. Look on the Concordia Facebook page for updates and offers. My children and I love going. Hope you enjoy your visit too. I would recommend.

Great bowling alley with state of the art touch screens that add a little more to the experience i.e able to take photos of yourself so they show on screen. Little things like that make it more memorable. Also the price is very good. The cafe was lovely and the staff very friendly and happy. Would recommend and will definitely go back.
