All the things a good dental surgery should be. Warmly welcomed by name, by the efficient and attentive receptionists on arrival. Very comfortable surroundings. Appointments promptly announced and timings as notified in advance. Hygienist, dentist and their assistants, kind and courteous, as well as extremely efficient. All took trouble to ensure I was comfortable at each stage, as well as explaining everything they were doing, very clearly. Was given a helpful summary of their conclusions in each case a the end and they were also happy to answer any remaining questions. Prompt payment arrangements and very quick booking of future appointments. All-in all, a very enjoyable experience.

I cannot recommend Dr Ceindeg Arwel enough , being a nervous patient with lots of anxiety she has been amazing and patient. Dr Ceindeg Arwel is a highly skilled dentist who explains every step during treatment. She is very approachable when
asking any questions or concerns. Best Dental experience by far.

I cannot praise enough the service I received at Hitchin Dental Care. I needed an emergency appointment on a Saturday whilst staying with family near Hitchin. The receptionist and Dr Andrew Brown were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The practice was clean, light and modern. Thank you all so much.

I cannot recommend the Hitchin Dental Care practice highly enough.. For years I've struggled with gum and teeth issues and finally I found these guys through a friend's recommendation! Thank you so much, particularly to Rob, Arionne and Ricky ( and Ceris for putting up with the teeth sensitivity) ! Ricky.. your work has made the world of difference aesthetically, but also my confidence.. The entire team is lovely, welcoming, professional and treat you as an individual, never just another patient. The practice is sparkling clean, with a lovely calming vibe.. makes coming to the Dentist a positive experience all round

I attend Hitchin Dental Care for specialist care having been referred by my usual dentist. I've been coming for a good few years now and am always impressed with the expertise of the Doctors and specialists that have treated me here. I appreciate the amazing staff who look after bookings and payments, they're always friendly and so efficient, there's always a warm welcome. I also appreciate the calm 'piano bar' vibe while you wait for your appointment. Nobody likes coming for dental treatment, especially when it might be a long surgical procedure, but the staff, environment and expert care makes it the best experience it can be.
