Month ago I had a terrible lower back pain joined with stiffness of my leg snf foot to the point I couldn't move properly. GP prescribed pain killers (which are destroying my stomach)+ referral to physio clinic on Hill street. The physio appointment was today (after a month of waiting). But from last weekend my pain has came back and it's even stronger. I was glad thinking my physio is in few days so they will help. Although the appointment was a huge disappointment. Physiotherapist Meenas.S basically suggested that I have to live with the pain because I don't qualify for any scan/x-ray etc. So basically I don't qualify for a proper diagnosis to find out where the pain is coming from and why. I had a car accident 2 years ago and since then I'm having these kind of problems regularly and there is no one willing to really check what's wrong and help me. I'm just getting new exercises over and over again and non seem to work. This time I really hoped for a better treatment as I struggle to walk and therefore I'm not able to work. Physiotherapist said that she can give me just another set of exercises and this is the only help I will get also she suggested she can give me a contact details to a clinic which help to live with pain. I really don't understand why I cannot be diagnosed and treated but being offered to live in pain and exercise. Where should I seek for help?

I've previously been quite nervous when going to the dentist but have to say that I've never felt more at ease at Hill St Clinic. The staff are welcoming and the dental team are skilled and empathetic towards any concerns you may have. Asmita especially ensured I was comfortable and clear upon with the procedures I needed and did an excellent job. I'm very grateful and can't recommend highly enough.

Had a good visit, 1st time here today, polite receptionist, clean and tidy waiting area.
Absolutely 5 star service from the physio therapy department, took the time and effort to listen look and the advice given was greatly appreciated.

unfriendly receptionist on arrival/doctors have 0 comunication/waste of time considering going here
as for the dentist they cancel you from the list for not attending a checkup where they dont even notify you of the appointment !!!! several people i know theve done the same too

Absolutely unfriendly reception, reception worker horrible sytle, we got letter and apoitment, she no want to listent to mee and my two little ones. I really no understanding why working like this women in for nhs. Unfortunately we are was very very said. It is shame... 🙁

Very unfriendly receptionist. Girl who took my blood had no conversation and did nt even check my name etc before taking it.
