Excellent care, excellent clinical staff. Along with my family , I have been using the surgery for the last 38 years. We are so very grateful for all the care we received over the years. We are lucky to have such an excellent service in Potters Bar. From the reception staff to the clinical practitioner and the GPs, all treat you with respect and care. After being at the surgery in person or telephone conversation, we always feel satisfied Nd confident that we have been listened to and given the right medical advise and the best care possible. In our views, It is the best GP practice in Potters Bar.

The doctors are excellent. They listen and I feel comfortable talking to them. Everyone in the surgery is polite and helpful. The only downside is getting an appointment. You have to ring at 8.00 am and hope that you are lucky. Appointments cannot be booked in advance which I would like since I work and getting time off on the day is difficult

Since joining this practise 8 years ago I have never had reason to complain. All members of staff are kind polite courteous and helpful. Results and prescriptions always followed up. My personal experience has been excellent. I feel very well looked after by this practice and feel my medical issues are in safe hands.

Thank you so much for your amazing care today. The receptionist went above and beyond to help me with my elderly neighbour, Dr Gelkin rang me and I was able to get the antibiotics she needed. All of this was done with great efficiency and enabled me to leave in time to get my NYE event.

Useless medical Centre, you never get an appointment. This is the third day trying to get an appointment for my daughter Calling from 8 o’clock Waiting half an hour on a waiting half an hour on the queue at 8:30 they’ve got no appointment. Poor service and that’s ridiculous. The receptionist are so aggressive and never help you. They just there to say there is no appointment and there is no doctor. if you don’t have enough doctor in your surgery is better to shut it down rather than made the people wait for a couple of weeks for one appointment
