I have been in contact twice, both times my doctor has been amazing, she is very supportive. It can be hard getting through on the phone sometimes, but that's about it. And no, I don't work for them. - Jonathan

I wanted to say thankyou to the staff at High Glades. I have been really impressed by the service which I and family receive at High Glades. The admin/receptionists reply promptly when I email a question or request. The receptionists are so polite and friendly and go out of their way to help. The doctors have been really on the ball and they get back to me that day when I call in the morning. Same for a family member recently. The current phsiotherapist has also been extremely friendly and helpful, spending time explaining things to me. All this feels amazing when I compare it to previous experiences in the past at other surgeries and amid the complaints that so many people seem to have around the country. Thankyou High Glades!

We have had the same problem for a while now. We phone up to ask for a chase up on a prescription and get told verbally on the phone that it is at Blooms Pharmacy in Bohemia Road. we go to the Pharmacy to collect to be told no prescription has NOT been submitted to them it was sent to Warrior Pharmacy which permanently closed in November and I have to go back to the surgery to get the medication reassigned. I go to Bexhill Road Surgery in person to be told the prescription is not on the system by the exact same team that told me that it was ready at blooms on thew 23rd of December. The Doctors them self's are outstanding but being let down by the office. I am now forced to call 111 and make a emergency prescription for my mom because of this.

Does anyone ever see a doctor. Can I say dealing with the people who answer the phone is a nightmare. Some are good and professional others need training yet these heartless people can impact on our lives.
I would love to move from this practice.

My family and I have been with the surgery for 10 years now. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and the medical team know their stuff. The triage system is a bit odd and off putting to start with BUT it works! Most importantly as a result I get to see the GP the same day even if I call at lunch time. I can only recommend it.

can't fault them- great surgery, really helpful receptionists, fantastic nurses. I always get to see/speak to the right person in a timely manner either in person or through telephone consultation. I trust them with family's health and wellbeing from aged 6 to 79 they take care of us all.

Receptionist are absolutely rude nd so abnoxious. They don't care how they speak to u, further more u feel like not even having the appointment after the way they've spoken to u. I've been a patient here for years nd they've had the same rude receptionists, have made complaints but they still work there. Ridiculous, the GPS need to listen to their patients more as clearly I'm not the only one with this view!

Feel very sorry for this establishment. They have no idea what they are doing. Ny poor friend Bradley was allowed to kill himself under these doctors. The receptionists that work here could undergo trainimg upon training and they still wouldnt be worth the dirt on your shoe. The best thing that could happen to this place is close it down and investigate Dr Fox into his missuse of his own doctors practices. Appalling - good reviews written are fake and by the staff themselves
