I came in to Heyford House day spa this week for my first ever waxing experience and I must say how impressed I was. The lady that treated my underarm was very welcoming and gave the best advice for after care and the effectiveness of the treatment. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. I really liked the atmosphere and how she engaged in conversation throughout the treatment to take my mind off the process. But for me personally I didn’t find the treatment painful at all. Definitely recommend Heyford House Day spa for great value treatments!!

I love this little sanctuary in the middle of a busy highstreet. You entry the doors and forget where you are. The introductory spa package was wonderful. I floated out after my treatments (hot tub, massage, pedicure and mini lunch). The beauticians put you totally at ease, even if you have body issues. They really couldn't be any friendlier. They run loads of offers on treatments and products.

Absymal attitude from the spa. Tried to book a spa treatment over a three weeks ago. The spa failed to accommodate my request, offered no alternative even though they had availability. Absolutely shocking service from the director Vanessa Kenshole, who insinuated that I was lying. Clearly still has a long way to go to enchane the customer experience!

The best massage ever my wife and I had an hour hot tub an hour massage and facial it was heaven, very friendly staff nothing was a problem, we book again for the same treatments I can't wait to go back
