I can honestly say my reflexology session with the lovely Louise last week was the best one I’ve ever had. The entire hour was bliss. Now Louise favours a firm hand which was stimulating as well as relaxing but I liked that. Team that in warm pleasant surroundings of the Hever golf club, with her wonderful mantra music of choice, I left feeling totally mellow & utterly content. I’m returning in four weeks, need I say more.

Gemma has kept me injury free for years now. I went with a specific lower back issue which was corrected in a few sessions and her expertise has allowed me to train smarter and to understand the importance of maintaining good back health. I have very sensitive skin and need to be extremely careful what products I use having had patch tests to identify a whole list of ingredients that will irritate my skin. When I first met Catherine we sat down and discussed this and she meticulously put together a Neal's Yard facial with appropriate products that would be suitable for my skin. Not only that, she then went on to mix creams that are exclusively tailored for my skin-type which I have been unable to buy from regular suppliers such as those on the high Street.
She has an excellent knowledge of the products she is using and is adept at blending to give you exactly what you need. All of this combined with Catherine's new location at Hever makes this a real treat I look forward to and she has become my regular go-to facial and massage of choice. Highly recommended.

My daughter bought me a voucher for a reflexology session with Louise, who was a really lovely, caring lady. The reflexology was firm and felt wonderful. Very relaxing which is just what I needed.

Amazing venue offering great facilities as well as a relaxing atmosphere. Gemma is an excellent practitioner who has made a significant difference to both myself and my daughter. My daughter has a complex medical history and significant pain issues, which Gemma has successfully treated. Her approach is characterised by her professionalism and kindness.

Cannot recommend Lousie highly enough. Lousie is a skilled and knowledgable reflexologist (as well as being absolutely lovely). Louise picked up on health issues I had so accurately and treated accordingly.

Lovely lady called louise I had reflexology a few weeks ago it was on a special offer at £30 bit I would happily pay the £45 which it is normally .very friendly lady
