Woefully inadequate & bullying staff.
Poor communication.
Unable to organise any form of 117 aftercare, including access prescription medication and any form of therapy appropriate to dx.
Staff lack communication skills. Staff member told me he would like to catch Covid-19 to avoid having a vaccine (I know this ludicrous but it's unfortunately 100% true). The staff are deceptive and missleading.
Instead of communicating clearly, they send lie ridden letters to my GP, about my behaviour. I have no idea what they are on about. I've never threatened them Nor do I selfharm.
They seem to think that needing support after an extended stay in mental hospital is over reliance on their service.
There are NHS looking mask littered adjacent to the building. The basic lack of hygiene is extremely alarming.
The woman manning the desk can be rude on occasion. I think she might have lived experience.
