This Hospital is brilliant. I have travelled all the way from Coventry! To visit for an MRI I came during an emergency visit. The after care has been absolutely brilliant. Also the care while I have been here! Very professional NHS Staff I must say again the patient care is excellent! A massive thank you to this hospital!

I would like to say Big Thank you for Children’s Ward,kids can enjoy the toys , playing before they have surgery. Food is Amazing fresh and nice. Everywhere is nice and clean.
Team so friendly.

My aunty had an operation and was cared for on the women’s unit on the 2nd floor. The staff were extremely caring magda and Jishna went over and above to ensure my aunty was comfortable. Her surgeon Sadia Akhtar made sure my aunty and us the family understood the procedure and the outcome. A very positive experience of the NHS

A&E Patients treated like cattle, poor attitude of staff in particular nurses who in front of patients and within ear shot moaned about the hospital, other staff members and even had the audacity to make fun of patients. This is wholly unprofessional and suggest if they hate their job that much they need to perhaps consider another career rather than treating ill people with such contempt

I have had numerous grafts at hereford which lasted up 14 years and more by Mr john deutsch and team. I was Rnib college and he was visiting othmologist at the time. He was a lovely kind, caring with all the students in his care. My grafts have allowed Me to forfill my dream of being a teacher with special needs. I believe, sadly there's a clause if you live outside the attachment are to me this is unfair and foolish. Isn't best and obvious you go back to the hospital and surgeon you trust and knows you. I believe my hero and Knight in shining armour is a grandfather. I bet he is a good one. I am in need for another cornea transplant and had mentioned this to the medical board. Hopefully you hereford eye hospital will be in agreement with them. I am in the process and have all the information from last about a private consultation appointment and will be phoning.

Our granddaughter broke her arm & needed surgery, the entire visit was conducted with professionalism, care, kindness, & humour. Thank you all for everything you did to address her situation. I know she will not be scared of any follow up visits. Thank you all.
