I’m New to the surgery and have so far had positive experiences both on the phone and face to face. Have been seen previously with a young Doctor shame I can’t remember her name a few months ago in my hard time she was absolutely brilliant she cared so much about me I felt so much better after I seen her. And big thanks to Dr Aimee Charnell she is really represents what a great out of hours GP should be. Was seen early and didn't rush me in and out she really took the time to listen to my concerns. She also gave me a great plan going forward. The receptionist was also lovely and put me at ease.

This is the best doctors surgery I've been a patient with by far - except for a minor admin error with a referral I had (which they were happy to help to rectify) they have been very thorough with their tests and investigations and have been very efficient in me getting seen as quickly as possible. They also outsource to other GPs for out of hours appointments which helps with a busy schedule and working full time 😊

Had a few issues getting my son's insulin. Jenny is an absolute star she sorted it within 10 minutes when I rang. I then went into the surgery to collect his prescription and was talking to her for about 10 minutes even though we were talking laughing and joking she was still very polite and professional in sorting something that's an on going issue with the supplier. Jenny is definitely the one I will be asking for in future.

Very well organised and efficient for my flu and COVID jabs, in and out within 5 mins and also enquired about an existing medical condition. Made you feel human and not just a name on a list! Thank you!

Reception staff friendly, professional and efficient. In a lot of pain and not sleeping with blurred vision. Had to walk 4 miles in the rain (I was not safe to drive) to the Fryston surgery. To find out that my appointment was not even with a doctor? I was informed that the only reason I was seen was to make sure nothing was dislocated. I was advised to take pain killers (like I'd not thought of that) and Google my symptoms! This service is unacceptable and no wonder A and E's are full.

absolute joke, i need to see a doctor but i get fobbed off over the phone to use patches, i have been struggling to make an appointment for the last week now as bookings not available when it states is it, this is stressing me out so much as im concerned about my health but the staff are too lazy to make me an appointment. patches said would be available at 13:01 and now tells me 07:30? the system is horrible.

Rang at 8.00 and phone was picked up within 5 minutes. Gave details of my issue and was told a doctor would ring me. Doctor rang before 9.00 and after a brief chat offered an appointment at 10.15. Arrived 5 minutes early and receptionist very pleasant. Was seen bang on 10.15 and doctor was very helpful and informative with diagnosis. Left by 10.25 with treatment plan in place. How could that be better?

Tried to ring awhile back, and it took me a couple days to actually get a hold of them since you have to ring 8am sharp. Told them I had suspicions of an infection, didn’t even bother offering me a check up when I said I wasn’t sure if I had it. And instead sent me to the pharmacy and told me to buy this £8 pill. Turns out after later research. I didn’t even have the infection and bought the pill for nothing.
