Outstanding service every time help needed. Never not been attended to same day. Practitioners that actually care about their patients. I think a lot of people need to appreciate what these doctors have to deal with and be more grateful.

I've been a patient at Henfield Medical Centre for over 35 years and have seen how it has had to change and adapt to so many challenges over the years, ones we are all aware of (mainly funding, population growth). I rarely post reviews but feel that the hard work and dedication from the new team there deserves some recognition. Despite some initial scepticism at the new online Rapid Health System (and lets face it many don't like change), I have learnt things actually can be much better and the systems work really well and actually make it easier for the doctors to see the ones in need sooner. Not only that, the Practitioners and reception staff I saw have all been attentive and delivered an excellent level of care. In the past couple of months both my wife and I have been seen the same day by going through the online system. Our confidence in the practice has been rejuvenated and we are thankful to the new team there. Keep it up and thanks.

Always feels like they do their best to avoid having anything to do with their patients. The website is abysmal and not always available! If you ring up you get endless messages about not ringing up. They just really don't want to know! But they get to exploit their monopoly, it's not like we can go somewhere else is it!

Terrible service told by reception to book appointment on the website, unfortunately nothing on the site works.
Now have waste more time trying to get the receptionist to get me an appointment.
I CAN SEE WHY YOU END UP GOING TO HOSPITAL WITH THIS USLESS SERVICE.

Lived for many years a stone's throw away from this surgery (even before it was built). Was looking after Granddaughter a couple of days ago, allowing parents to work and contribute tax to the economy. Granddaughter (15 months old) started vomiting frequently. We called and asked for help but told as granddaughter not registered with the surgery, tough. I can't find the words to summarise this review!!!!

I moved GP surgery from Brighton and a wonderful GP and great receptionist. This surgery has been nothing but a huge disappointment. Can’t get an appointment, can’t see a GP face to face- e consults are sent back to you saying “ get these tests privately” when a GP can perform the tests in the surgery. I have never experienced an NHS service so so poor. Avoid

Three members of the same family had been severely let down by this practise. One member has a staph infection and they have refused to treat for over 2 months. The other two both elderly, have major medical issues and yet have their medication changed to make them fell worse and save NHS money!!!! Very rude staff. Avoid at all costs. Numerous complaints have now been registered with the NHS regarding this practise and the dodgy way it is run. Avoid at all costs if you want to be healthy and live.
