Accompanied friend to a timed appointment at 10am on a Saturday morning. All staff pleasant and working hard. We both considered they were knowledgeable and keen to help resolve health issues. Toilets clean. Car parking an issue. All clinical staff wearing face masks so anyone with even minor hearing loss would find a slow response to being called. Wait time was acceptable.

Very long waits sometimes but all staff from reception to triage to the doctors and nurse practitioners are friendly, kind and understanding. Just bewear there is a kids waiting / play area towards the back of the waiting room that can get extremely loud so if you are going there for a migraines, head injuries etc you might want to avoid that area at all costs. My left visit the triage nurse and charge nurse/ sister went above and beyond for me after a perform with my GP Surgery and I can't thank them enough! So much better than going to Watford or the L&D if you can.

I was badly scratched by a cat and was looked after superbly by Wilma at the minor injuries unit. Wonderful Wilma was really kind, fixed me up, and sent me on my way. She was personable and funny, but she did seem more concerned about the cat, haha. I was there for a total of 1.5 hours, so not bad at all for a friday evening.
Thanks ?

Went in with a fractured foot. Saw triage within 10mins, X-ray 10mins after that and all done in just over 1hour - sent away with a diagnosis and padded boot! Can’t fault the service and very friendly staff. Thank you NHS!

I am so grateful with the service provided today and I truly appreciate being seen by the Doctor who clearly had many patients to see, but was extremely thorough. I saw the doctor around 9.40. The receptionist was helpful and polite. I was so ill last night and in pain and the Doctor completely understood my condition and provided me with the most effective treatment and advice. Thank you for your service. I am so pleased you were open on a Saturday.

Ceri-Ann the Receptionist is very rude and uncaring and clearly should not be working in this kind of job!! It was disgustingly hot inside with no air conditioning no fans nothing! So meant to sit inside with a 3 year old in pain and sweating for 2 hours!!

Rude staff, zero stars. Made us wait for nearly 3 hours and allowed those who came after us to go in.. don't understand how they set priority, when my mum was struggling with pain. After a very long wait, I asked the receptionist when we were going in, she was rude and finally she said there was one person before us. But that did not happen, when it was out turn, somebody else was called in.. I felt it was done on purpose. The doctor was not friendly, and was in a hurry for us to leave. She showed no empathy. Staff definitely need some proper training..
