This place is very bad. Keep away from it. And as well don’t work for them. They don’t care about anything just about the money. Very poor. They don’t train very good for work. Very toxic people. Going only for the money. Never trust this company.

The Carers and service provided by Helping Hands is first class but why and how can a price increase of 10% be added to the years cost? The Consumer Price Index reached a peak of 9.6% in October 2022 and has fallen continuously ever since to 4.2% in December 2023, the Bank of England has been monitoring with a view to reduce the Bank Rate for months, all pressures are downward. The increase is excessive and cannot be justified and little of this will be passed on to the Carers, sheer greed and will be reflected by the reduced turnover by clients leaving or cutting back on their packages. This is unaffordable for the vast majority!
