Unfortunately for me I have needed to see a doctor a few times, over the last year. The service I have received has been exemplary, the doctors caring and professional, the receptionists are friendly and approachable. Brilliant service during my blood tests. Thanks for always being so gentle and personable. It is so impressive that this surgery offers blood tests at around 7am (book in advance). It makes life so much easier for working parents and people who need an early blood test for medical purposes.

You can’t get an appointment what’s the point of the phone the asthma nurse isn’t even a nurse because she can’t even talk about breathing problems in your sleep this is the worst doctors in Birmingham they don’t help you

Well can't say enough about how well I was treated. Used ring back, efficient receptionist rang me back very quickly only asked relevant questions booked apt 2 and a half hours later. Doctor couldn't have been more helpful. Well done all.

Needed to make an appointment for suspected chest infection. New phone system allows you to schedule a call back and retain place in queue (rang at 8am.on dot, not sure of place number in queue). Received call back after 10 minutes. Spoke to a really friendly lady and was given an appointment for that morning. In my opinion, huge improvement in telephone system and great service.
