I’ve been going to see Sam at Heather and Honey in Alcester for the best part of a year now for laser hair removal and she’s just fab!

Not only have the laser results been great but she has really helped me to work out a skin care routine and products that work for me. Sam was great at talking me through the laser process before we got started and realistic time scales as well as what products I can/can’t use on my skin around treatments. Had a beautiful facial and massage with Sam at her new location inside the Nail Sanctuary on the High Street. Having been quite ill recently I booked in for a relaxing treatment and felt thoroughly pampered. Sam is very warm and completely put me at ease from the start. Her treatment was lovely, with lots of natural aromatherapy oils used as well as a special light therapy. I would definitely recommend her and will be returning!

I had the most wonderful facial “experience” with Sam this morning. So much more than just a facial 💜 I had the light therapy treatment first, with an unexpected hand and arm massage whilst relaxing under the lamp. Then so many different elements to the actual facial, from cleansing to mask, with beautiful products that just smelt incredible.
Sam gave me a neck, shoulder and head massage during process, leaving me feeling in a state of pure bliss.
Having been feeling quite poorly and run down for several weeks, and being pregnant, the whole treatment relaxed me so much and it all felt so holistic it actually made me emotional, very unexpected.
