Have just returned from a visit here and have to say what a great service. Staff super friendly and more importantly an efficient and effective treatment for blocked ears . Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is you have to go between the two sites in town. One to receive your treatment and then the other to pay. Unfortunately, in both cases you will also have to give the same personal details . However, overall really pleased

While on a Christmas break in the area, I had the misfortune to lose one of my hearing aid domes. Calling round several hearing aid centers, Healthy Hearing were the only ones prepared to help. I was welcomed by the charming Emma and Nicola, who ascertained that the dome was lodged deep within the ear and I would most likely have to visit A&E to have it removed. This is where Phil came to the rescue and deftly lifted the dome from the depths of my ear-canal, saving me from the inexperienced hands of some SHO in the local A&E. I shall always be grateful for Healthy Hearing’s swift and skilful help in the midst of a Christmas holiday.

My parents deal with the Oakhham branch, their audiologist Ben visits them at home. When Dad had a significant drop in the quality of his hearing Ben was first class. Ben did not attempt the sell the most expensive items but recommended what he honestly felt would best improve the situation. Ben did an outstanding job, we no longer need to shout to be heard and Dad can once again hear the TV. Ben also recommended a device to help Dad's quality of hearing in noisy environments. Worth every single penny! We as a family have no hesitation recommending them. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Called today and asked to be seen asap due to flying abroad soon and having a blocked ear canal. Within 30 minutes I was seen, and treated, all with a smile and genuine care. Didn't even want to charge me anything due to the minimal procedure needed. Highly recommended, and thank you very much!!

i have just been to the healthy hearing centre Red lion square to have ear wax removal. i feel like a new person. we all go to the dentist regularly but over look our ears. i will go at least every six months from now on. the staff were very kind and helpful. well done . David.

Have had a free annual hearing/hearing aid review carried out by Phil, a real nice and very knowledgeable audiologist in Healthy Hearing. The whole crew are lovely, welcoming and understanding. Great after sales service, wholly recommend them.
