Inga is terrific and I would highly recommend. She listened carefully to my history and what I was ideally looking for in a sports massage. Using a variety of techniques she has alleviated my issues. I will be certainly be returning.

Inga was both knowledgeable and personable providing not only a deep massage to activate muscles as required but also information and demonstration of a couple of exercises that would help with flexibility, mobility and strength. Visited Inga after reading some great reviews online. I live locally to the clinic and had a reoccurring injury I really want to correct. I definitely picked well! Inga's knowledge was second to none and she really worked well on the areas needed, with some great explanation too. I think it's important to have some understanding of your injuries and I feel like I do so even more now. If you're thinking of booking...do it!

My first visit with Inga for help with muscle soreness in lower back. Inga was very welcoming and took quite thorough notes as to the problem areas, health history and what I would like from the therapy. Treatment was effective and tailored to my own personal tolerance. Inga was clear and concise with her knowledge and provided advice for exercises to assist post treatment.
