Just had my first Face Acupuncture session with Denise. Denise is friendly, welcoming and highly professional. Relaxing warm environment in good location. I received a wonderful full facial experience, cleanse, exfoliation before needles painlessly placed. Soothing music played in background, comfortable and reassuring. Denise explained at each stage what was going to happen, giving in-depth knowledge and advise, most importantly to maintain results and build up treatment.
I’m absolutely Delighted with immediate improvement - I left with my skin lifted and noticeably glowing. I can’t wait to return for further results over next few weeks. Highly recommend

For past year I’ve had wrist /arm pain which spread to upper arms and shoulders. My osteopath suggested I might benefit from working with Denise.

Denise offers a variety of healing options, she explained she’s been on her own healing journey and I knew she offered a selection of treatments including kinesiology, acupuncture and cupping.

The treatment room is right in heart of Whitstable, it’s spotlessly clean, professional and well organised. I felt totally at ease and relaxed with Denise.

After my consultation we agreed that cupping would be a good way to proceed. Denise explained that cupping works by releasing fascia as well as releasing toxins/reducing inflammation. Immediately after my treatment, the pain dropped from a 7 or 8/10 to about a 2/10, this made a huge difference to my quality of life and my quality of sleep. I will continue to see Denise and we have spoken about how kinesiology and dietary changes may help to control inflammation, when I’m ready. I am also keen to try the facial acupuncture.

I have had kinesiology on and off for the past 15 years, the person I would normally see is retired so I found Denise. She did her treatment in a totally different way but the effect was marvellous, I came away with a spring in my step. I had been having back/hip pain, shoulder and stomach pains since about March back/hip probably longer, I cannot explain what she did but a week later and I am pain free, back just "catches" sometimes but nowhere near as bad. She showed me some applied pressure which I have been using. All I say is keep an open mind. Denise is a lovely lady and very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, i have no hesitation in recommending her and in fact one of my friends has taken her details and will be contacting her

Denise helped my son with his reflux issues when he was 6 weeks old, which relieved him of any pain and issues straight away. (Without giving a baby pharmaceutical medicine!) - babies should have cooled boiled water till 6 weeks so please go to Denise for reflux, think before giving them what the doctors would prescribe!

Since then I have been to Denise for my TMJ and the pain has gone, I had this issues for years and no doctors could ever relieve me from my pain.

Denise truly has a magical gift - to add to this you will feel at comfort in Denise presence.
