So far I've had a positive experience of using HBSUK, from my initial assessment which got dealt with really quickly. I was given a choice of physios so I could pick who I thought would be more suitable for my needs.With my original choice I couldn't get a follow up appointment but tho i was originally disappointed it has turned out to be a blessing as the physio I'm now seeing definitely seems more intune to my injury and explained it really well. The app is great as they put a treatment plan/ exercises in it for you to do with videos to show you how to do them. Plus I've already got my next appointment booked with them which gives me confidence in the process.

Mr Hal Lomax is excellent. i have had three sessions online before psychotherapy, he approved. I am very much pleased with his online diagnosis and follow-up approval on psychotherapies. thank you.

Horrible horrible experience and AXA's way of ensuring they do not have to pay for your treatment as they'll just make you keep going round in circles with one virtual triage or another.

Your injuries would resolve themselves in the meantime. Don't bother paying for AXA... Just take a paracetamol and pray

Horrible service. This is what AXA hires in order to try to not pay for you claims/referrals. Their "physios" try to diagnose you online by you just pointing where it hurts, and prescribe you some exercises instead of being assesed by a proper professional.

Rubbish. Went to an appointment booked over the phone and found I wasn't even registered on their system. Their app is AWFUL. Logging into their site is a completely hit or miss experience. Just a terrible experience all round.
