I first met Harvey, through a friend’s referral, in March 2025. In the 3 months up to this point I had gone from a muscle pull to an extremely bad back, that left me limping, walking almost sideways, hunched over and getting about 3hrs of very broken sleep a night, with periods of extreme agony. I had started treatment with sport physio and stretching (it got worse), then visiting an osteopath (it got worse) and then to my GP (lots of pain killers) and eventually a surgeon (steroid injections, no impact). I was honesty at the end of my tether and actually quite depressed.

3 months later I am virtually fully recovered and its all thanks to Harvey. His diagnostics, manipulation and treatments with lasers has nothing short of miraculous. Naturally it has taken time, but it really has worked. What I would say about Harvey above all this is that he really goes the extra mile and has helped me with my diet, supplements, has been on-call via WhatsApp when I’ve had a couple of difficult moments (at the weekend) and he really cares, unlike some others who are very transactional. He also got me off all of the meds that I’d be prescribed (and honestly when I look back, it was horrific to see the amount of pain-killers I was taking, coupled with all of the drugs that counteracted the side effects of these pills). I would honestly say that Harvey has made my life so different and has equipped me to handle things so much better going forward.

Harvey’s practices in Soho, Liverpool Street and Marylebone are all housed within the “Until” health and wellness facilities (www.until.co.uk) and I have to say that these are also brilliant. Clean, friendly, modern with very friendly staff with an endless supply of towels!

So, and sorry that this is my longest ever review, but I am so passionate about this, I would massively recommend Harvey to anyone, not just for a bad back, but for any aches and pains, as its all connected. THANK YOU HARVEY!

Harvey has been working with me and my severe sciatic nerve pain since 4 March 2023, when I had my initial assessment. Harvey has provided excellent chiropractic and laser treatment at my home; his assessment of my recovery has been spot on in terms of how long it's taking to get better. He has provided online advice, been available for emergency phone support when flare-ups felt unmanageable. He has modified my rehabilitation exercises as required. Harvey is an expert in understanding, explaining and management of pain. He has an understanding of pharmaceutical medication, but has also been advising me on vitamins and natural supplements as I move away from solely relying on from strong pain medication. I find Harvey kind, positive, patient and thorough, and feel completely safe in his expert holistic treatment. He has been treating me from being completely bed bound, to being a wheelchair user, to using walking aids and I continue with me on my recovery to working back in the office and compete mobility. I highly recommend Harvey Young.
