Location was great for us a few miles away from Bude. On a busy road but not a problem really once inside you don't hear much as road is quiet later when we got back from are exploring days. Great to have a hot tub to relax in after are days out. Owners lovely couple really helpful if needed but left us a lone to enjoy holiday. Will be booking again
