I was treated so undignified here. I was sign posted here. Each visit I have been waiting for 2 hours passed my appointment time which made my anxiety peak. The lady I see was so disrespectful and treated me with no dignity or respect.

Im a very calm quiet individual and I some how managed to upset the lady who come to see me.

I was greated with a frown and I didn’t even get a hello. She just started her shift. She read my form and tutted, I wrote on the form that I was following my care plan but all signposted and advised places I need to ring me was constantly sending me on a loops of phone calls that were difficult to reach, I explained this got me in a state, she read the form and asked no questions about me and everytime I tried to explain my self she over powered me with her voice and shouted at me, I have two family members as witnesses. She start to tell me off like a child and how hard her job is and that she doesn’t have time to answer phone calls which had nothing to do with my care. Her body language was very off.

I am an intelligent individual with two degrees in healthcare I know how busy her job is but I was not asking about her job I was reaching out for help no for my intense panic attacks.

Iv had 3 huge loses in my life and I am grieving and the symptoms are intense. I am not a child and I will not be treated like one, the whole nhs services should be very ashamed.

Terrible organisational skills! My partner had an appointment today at 6pm. He got a phone call today at 5:15pm saying he missed his 10am appointment and when he told them the appointment was for 6pm he was told they were very busy and wouldn't be able to see him today!! Absolutely appalling especially when we have the appointment time written down on paperwork from his last visit and it clearly states today at 6pm

Harrisson house is a waste space spa is shocking had a lot problems with Shane he doesn't know the meaning of care he made me more suicidal came off phone hating myself now all I do is feel a burden he wouldn't help me or put me through to crisis never again if I die it's on him

I would not return to this facility again wait in an hour and 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment then to get told I am a liar and I'm blowing stuff out of proportion when you tell them the truth they didn't sort out my issues I had to go elsewhere to get my issues sorted out cuz they wasn't helping me and they said they were helping me and they was giving me support and there was just actively making me worse they offered me no medication and no practical way of dealing with issues I had to revolve my life around going to appointments four times a week sometimes you go in there spell your guts out about your issues and then you just get told you're a liar and you're blowing stuff out of proportion after not giving me any practical advice to deal with stuff and not sorting out my current issues I would not recommend if I had a choice between getting referred back to the crisis team and a suicide I'll choose suicide

Absolutely shocking waste of time they just don't Liston to you at least when I'm dead they can come lower my coffin as they let me down so many times they can let me down the last final time

When you go in it's a bit scary that I would imagine appies to everyone to som level, you probably won't like it at first but you soon adjust,the staff are very highly trained and under immense pressure constantly but they will always accommodate your issues ,my problem was trying to find the right medication and I didn't trust Dr malik the clinical consultant but I was wrong and he worked and compromised until we got there ,there some amazing members of staff ill try to name a few Bruno was very approachable then little Sarah she's a star and very kind,then Susan she helped me. More than I think she's aware ,then sandy and the two jade's and especially vicky I think I fell in love with her purely for her professional demeanour and how passionate she was about her job as was they all,I appogise for some of my behaviour but I think goes with the territory, they are often threatened by ill patients it's not a job I could do thank you very much for your care, watch out for deceiving thieves but I will forgive him because I'm better than that all the best to you sll

Wouldn't bother share all your information with the police ment to be there for help ended up getting me arrested instead. Made more trouble than i ever had the system is bent

I agree with Lynda the place is a disgrace I have left there with a bad sprained ankle that may need surgery most of the staff do not care and do not deserve to have their jobs Brighton for one and numerous others. They just lie and cover things up such a shame they think everyone is simple and does not know what is going on !!!!!
